- Damaged or defective items received: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing rugvedjewels@gmail.com with proof (clear pictures of the item and packaging).

- Exchanges or replacements for damaged/defective items will only be processed after our team has reviewed and approved your claim.
- Original packaging and tags must remain intact for any claim to be valid.
