Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Rugved Jewels, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. 

 

Shipping Time:
-Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
-The estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
-Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

 

Shipping Charges:
-Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
-Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

 

Order Tracking:
-Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your package in real time.
-You can also track your order on the shipping partner's website using the provided tracking number.

 

Delivery Issues:
-If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again.
-If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

What Happens if Your Package is Lost?
If your order is not delivered within 10 days from the shipping date, please contact us at rugvedjewels@gmail.com.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. This process may take 5-7 business days.

 

Resolution Options:
If the package is confirmed as lost by the courier service, you will have the option to:
-Receive a full refund to your original payment method.
-Request a replacement (subject to product availability).

 

Exceptions:
-If the tracking status shows "Delivered," but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local courier office.
-We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
